NOTE:We negotiate additional "In Scope" services at time of signing to include your frequently used applications. We compliment Time and Material (T&M) support for service that is not included in the base plan. Hardware part replacements and new hardware deployments are billed at T&M. Our T&M rates are tier based and less than our "On Demand" rate. T&M rate tables will be provided when you ask for a quote.
