"On-Demand" Terms


Pay Per Incident

We bill and accept payment at time of service.

Billed at 1/4 hour increments

We round to the nearest 15 min.

No Commitment to Continue Service

You only continue service when you want more help.

Must Sign Hold Harmless Disclaimer

We need to protect ourselves legally as we are just trying to help.

Onsite visits are minimum 1-hour

If we come onsite to your location, we charge for at least 1 hour.

We charge a flat rate

Our base charge is $125 per hour for "On Demand" support during normal business hours.

Do you require "Urgent Care" to a technology issue? If you have just discovered Infinigence but never called us before we recommend you fill out the following form:

If you express your sense of urgency, we'll do our best to accomodate. Try it out to see if we respond quickly, day or night.
