This Security Service Plan Addendum is a formal extension of the Infinigence Managed Service Plan. It defines our responsibilities, client obligations, and available services under the Security domain. This addendum is only valid with an active Managed Service Plan agreement.
Infinigence LLC is committed to protecting your organization’s IT infrastructure through proactive security measures. This addendum supplements the core Managed Service Plan with specialized services for risk mitigation, compliance, and system hardening.
This addendum is version R2.1.5 and requires mutual signatures to become active. It is subject to the terms of the master agreement and does not function independently.
