Security Service Plan Addendum

This Security Service Plan Addendum is a formal extension of the Infinigence Managed Service Plan. It defines our responsibilities, client obligations, and available services under the Security domain. This addendum is only valid with an active Managed Service Plan agreement.

Overview

Infinigence LLC is committed to protecting your organization’s IT infrastructure through proactive security measures. This addendum supplements the core Managed Service Plan with specialized services for risk mitigation, compliance, and system hardening.

Coverage

• Security assessment and baseline configuration
• Antivirus and EDR (Endpoint Detection & Response) deployment and monitoring
• Firewall and access control configuration
• Vulnerability scanning and remediation support
• Incident response coordination and reporting

Options

• Security awareness training for staff
• Compliance enforcement and policy management
• External threat monitoring and alerting
• Physical security integration (door access, surveillance)

Not Included

• Emergency incident response without an existing coverage agreement
• Hardware costs for firewalls, surveillance, or physical access control
• Non-licensed software or non-standard devices

Client Responsibilities

• Report any security concerns or incidents promptly
• Participate in scheduled training and audits
• Maintain physical security of IT infrastructure
• Ensure user compliance with security policies

This addendum is version R2.1.5 and requires mutual signatures to become active. It is subject to the terms of the master agreement and does not function independently.
